Planeta Organico  visits
Planet Organic in London

On August / 2000  Planeta Organico visited the first organic supermarket in England: Planet Organic.
Its owner, Renée Elliot, was  very impressed by theBrazilian website and congratulated the partners on the initiative, underlining the importance of information about the organic universe, much more comprehensive than it is usually thought about.

In fact, what really impresses in this supermarket besides its visual project, unpretentious but extremely tasteful, is the enormous variety of organic products available to the consumer. Its food section offers much more than just fruits and vegetables: cheeses, pasta, breads, wines, ice-creams, cookies, frozen food and many other products allow the consumer to have an entirely organic pantry. And the offer of organic doesn’t stop here: you will find from cleaning material to cosmetics and flowers.
Who knows if one day we will have the same variety of options here in Brazil?

At the entrance of the supermarket there is a counter where they serve delicious juices (organic, of course) that are a big hit among clients. Planet Organic has just opened a branch in Torrington Place, with the same quality standard of  its main store in Nottting Hill. By the way, Notting Hill is a district in London that is well known by its natural products stores and organic restaurants, and it has named one of the last movies featuring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant: Notting Hill.

If you are a true organic fan, don’t miss Planet Organic in your next trip to London !
